Add support for handling text files (in e.g. Notes/Documents)

The Jolla Documents app should support handling and opening of simple text files with the usual character encodings and language support. It would be ideal if plain text documents could also be edited. Additionally, consider integrating Notes and Filemanager apps to this to have more feature rich and complete document handling and management experience in Jolla.
